Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan stated at a press conference in Budapest on May 6, adding that we are talking about the opening of resident embassies.  Mirzoyan noted that today, he and his Hungarian counterpart signed a document on political consultations between the foreign ministries of the two countries, as  well as a document on economic cooperation, which provides for the establishment of an intergovernmental commission.
